We source raw cane sugar through our Indian partners, Suminter India Organics. Suminter’s project for organic & natural cane sugar is situated in Solapur, Maharashtra in India, where they work with over 20,000 farmers across 110,000 acres of certified organic land. Suminter is one of India’s largest producers of organic & natural products, in part due to its vast farmer network and tireless groundforce. Suminter’s commitment to farmers is apparent in its operating model, which begins at forging and maintaining strong relationships with small producers who are committed to organic farming and fair trade conditions.
